Talk to usIs TradeKonet in production?
Yes. TradeKonet’s website and company roster workspace are live in production. Mobile access is being released in stages. Product updates do not create an account or book work.
Which trades does TradeKonet support?
TradeKonet is built for all trades. The work you can quote or apply for depends on your trade approval, account eligibility and available opportunities.
Who is TradeKonet for?
Qualified Pros, apprentices, homeowners and companies managing apprentice rosters. Homeowners can request quotes from qualified Pros. Eligible Pros can supervise apprentices, and company teams can invite managers, organize a roster and export signed hours.
Can I manage an apprentice roster on the web?
Yes. A Pro can sign in at the company workspace, invite apprentices one at a time or by CSV, add managers with their own TradeKonet logins, review signed hours and export a CSV for payroll. TradeKonet does not run payroll or issue paystubs.
Can I share a work passport?
Yes. A work passport can show completed work and Pro sign-off, with a private link for sharing. The watermarked preview is free; an original export is a separate purchase. A passport is not proof of wages or guaranteed official apprenticeship credit.
Will logged hours count toward my apprenticeship?
TradeKonet records completed work and a separate Pro sign-off. Whether the hours count officially depends on your program, sponsor and relevant authority. TradeKonet cannot guarantee apprenticeship credit.
How are identity and credentials checked?
Checks depend on your role. The Verification screen shows what applies to your account. Trade credentials and apprenticeship enrolment are reviewed separately from identity, and you should still assess someone’s fit for your particular job.
What happens after I request updates?
We’ll email a confirmation link. Confirm it to receive product and access updates. This form does not create a TradeKonet account. Updates are free, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
